In response to your recent inquiry concerning the potential of Toby products containing 3TG minerals and /or raw materials originating from the Democratic Republic of Congo And Africa, please note the following information:
This letter is to certify that Toby products (including raw materials purchased from our supply chain) do not contain 3TG minerals ; Tantalum (derived from Columbite-Tantalite), Tungsten (derived from cassiterite), Gold and/or finished materials originating, sourced, and/or smeltered from the Democratic Republic of Congo or Africa. This policy will remain in effect for the foreseeable future.
