Domestic Shipping: Shipping and packing is free for all online orders worth £75 or more, with a mainland UK delivery address.

International Shipping: Please note that orders with a weight exceeding the standard shipping weight of 5kg may be subject to higher freight charges.  We make every effort to keep these charges as low as possible. If you have any concerns about the shipping cost for your order, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to provide you with an estimate of the shipping cost based on the weight of your order. 

In addition to a range of credit card payment options, Toby also offers the opportunity to use a Toby credit account for online orders (subject to terms and conditions). To apply for an account, please send your name, job title, company name, address and registration number to the Accounts Department

We endeavour to provide same day despatch on all orders for items held in stock. A choice of standard, next day and timed deliveries is available. Occasionally we may be unable to achieve same day despatch due to high order volumes. In particular, we typically experience a significant increase in business levels at the start of each month.
